Tolperisone Hydrochloride 150 mg Tablet is a muscle relaxant used to relieve muscle stiffness, spasms, and pain associated with conditions like spinal disorders, spondylosis, and muscle injuries.

It works by blocking nerve impulses that cause muscle contractions, helping improve mobility and comfort without causing significant drowsiness

Baclofen is a GABA-B receptor agonist. It works by acting on the nerves in the central nervous system (specifically the spinal cord) to block the signals that cause muscles to tighten. This action helps to relax the muscles, which in turn reduces pain and improves muscle movement.

Tolperisone HCl 150 mg is a centrally acting muscle relaxant.
